Experience In The Fitness Industry

Over the past 5 years I've worked out of a personal fitness studio in Gravesend, Kent, where I've had the opportunity to train hundreds of clients from all walks of life. My goal has always been to make fitness approachable, results-driven and tailored to the individual.

I've coached clients through a variety of training styles, from cardiovascular machines for improving overall fitness, to high intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to help burn stubborn fat. I incorporate free weights to build muscular strength and resistance machines to develop uscular endurance, always adapting workouts to suit the clients unique goals.

In every session, I place a strong emphasis on injury prevention. This means safe and effective instruction on warm-ups, cool-downs, static and dynamic stretches; all essential for staying consistent and pain free.

But... training is only half the picture.

Nutrition is, in my opinion, one of the most overlooked parts of anyone's fitness journey. I've shared practical nutrition with clients, friends and family - breaking things down in a way that's easy to understand, even if you have never heard the word 'macro' before. My aim is to help you fuel your body the right way so that it supports your training, recovery and lifestyle.
