Terms & Conditions

I pride myself on excellent service, a positive attitude and a proven track record of results. These terms and conditions will apply to anyone booking any services via the website, email, phone, or Instagram. Instruction by the client to commence personal training/coaching will constitute an acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

My Pledge To You

I will use my knowledge and expertise to design a safe programme or exercise that will take into account your (my client) goals, fitness levels, injuries, likes and dislikes related to exercise.
I will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you may require to help achieve your goals.
I will maintain a professional attitude and manner through every session.
Each session will last at least 50 minutes but not exceed 1 hour.

Refunds

All payments made are non refundable

Cancellation From Client

Notification of cancellations must be given at least 24 hours in advance of the session, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of full value of the training session.

Cancellation From Trainer

If in extreme circumstances I ever need to cancel your session I must give at least 12 hours notice with a suitable rescheduled time. If this can not be agreed a refund of the session will be given.

Emergency Cancellation From Client

These will be treated at the discretion of the personal trainer.

Lateness From Client

The session is deemed to have started at the pre-arranged time, any time lost due to late arrival by you as the client can only be made up at the end of the session at the trainers discretion.

Lateness From Trainer

If I am ever late, that time is owed to you as my client

Referral Scheme

If you refer a friend or family member who successfully undertakes a consultation or 1-2-1 Personal Training Session, you can receive a £10 discount on your next session and they will receive £5 from theirs. This will be at the discretion of the Personal Trainer and can be used multiple times to receive multiple discounts. Multiple referral discounts may be used to lower the full asking price of your session but only if the referees have all completed their booked session. Referral bonus will be given upon completion.
