Service Description
A Segmental Body Composition Analysis will measure and provide valuable information such as weight, body fat percentage, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate (BMR), BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, and water content. It also helps identify where fat is stored in your body and if any previous injuries might be impacting your ability to train effectively.

Body Weight Measurement Policies At Rai Personal Training, we use body weight measurements as a tool to track your progress and help tailor your fitness plan. To ensure accurate, respectful, and consistent measurements, please review the following policies: We emphasize a holistic view of progress, taking into account various factors, including muscle gain, fat loss and overall performance. Body weight measurements are taken in the context of your specific goals, whether they involve weight loss, muscle gain, or general fitness improvement. We suggest taking body weight measurements at regular intervals, typically every 2 weeks The most accurate weight measurements are typically taken in the morning, after using the bathroom, and before consuming food or liquids. It’s recommended that clients weigh themselves in minimal clothing (e.g., undergarments) to avoid discrepancies due to clothing weight. We use segmental body analysis scales that are calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy. All body weight measurements and related health data are confidential and will only be shared with your consent or as required by law. We approach body weight measurements with respect for each individual’s journey. We recognize that numbers on a scale are just one part of your overall progress. We may use additional methods, such as progress photos, to give you a more complete picture of your transformation. Depending on your goals, we may prioritize strength, flexibility, endurance, or other performance metrics rather than body weight alone. Our goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where progress is measured by a variety of metrics. Body weight changes may fluctuate due to various factors (e.g., water retention, muscle gain, etc.), so we ask clients to be patient and not overly concerned with day-to-day fluctuations. If you have any concerns or emotional reactions regarding body weight measurements, please feel free to discuss them with your trainer. We are here to support you. If you are experiencing health issues, injury recovery, or any other medical conditions, body weight measurements may be temporarily suspended. We strive to create a positive, motivating atmosphere for your fitness journey, focusing on your personal health and goals.
