Personalized training designed to help you build strength, improve confidence, and crush your fitness goals. Whether you're just starting out or ready to level up, I’ll guide you every step of the way with expert coaching and real accountability.


Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Rai Personal Training! We're committed to providing you with the best personal training experience. To ensure a smooth and productive relationship please review the following: Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to train. Please wear appropriate attire, bring your own water bottle and ensure that you are in good health to participate in physical activity. Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions or concerns prior to training sessions. All training sessions must be scheduled in advance. You can book sessions by phone/website/email. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a session. Cancellations within this timeframe will not incur any fees. Late cancellations (less than 24hrs) will result in a charge for the session. Clients who fail to attend a session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. We accept payment via credit card/cash/online payments. Payments are due before/immediately after each session. Please note that we do not offer refunds for sessions once they are booked/completed. In exceptional cases, we may consider a refund, but this will be at our discretion. All clients are required to sign a liability waiver before starting training. This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with physical activity. It is essential that clients provide accurate and up-to-date health information before beginning training. If your health changes please notify your trainer immediately. We take every precaution to ensure a safe workout environment. If you experience any discomfort or pain during a session, please inform your trainer immediately. If you train in a gym you are expected to follow the facility’s rules and guidelines regarding use of equipment and space. All personal and health-related information will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of your training. We will never share your data without your explicit consent. If we take any photographs or videos of you for promotional purposes, we will always obtain your prior consent. You have the right to decline at any time. We will periodically assess your progress to ensure that your program is aligned with your goals. Adjustments to your training plan may be made as needed. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the above. Our goal is to create a positive, motivating and safe environment where you can achieve your fitness goals.
